Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, resolving them promptly to maintain excellent after-sales service.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues related to CCE (Customer Care Execution) processes.
Develop a strong understanding of customers' needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions for their queries.
Ensure seamless escalation management by coordinating with other departments when necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

1-2 years of experience in BPO or a similar industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., reports) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
