Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and resolve issues.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and services.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
