Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with queries related to banking services, products, and account information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or BPO is mandatory.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Salary:

  • 21,500 CTC per month
  • 17,000 in-hand salary

Shift & Week Off:

  • As per process requirements (rotational shifts and week offs may apply)

Gender:

  • Open to both male and female candidates
