Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relations Manager who will be the primary point of contact for all customer interactions. The role involves attending calls, responding to inquiries, assisting with reservations and event bookings, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend all incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.

Respond to customer inquiries related to reservations, events, and general information.

Maintain clear communication with the caf and events team regarding customer requirements.

Follow up with customers post-visit or event to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Manage customer records, contact lists, and communication logs.

Handle any customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Support marketing and promotional efforts by informing customers about ongoing offers or events.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.

Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.

Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic computer and phone handling skills.
