Customer Service Executive

The Customer Service Executive (Sanitary and Bath Fittings) plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to customers visiting the store. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers warmly, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, and assist with generating sales and purchase orders. Collaborating with the store operations team is key to ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. You will need to utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, explain product features, and address any queries or concerns they may have. Additionally, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and trends, coordinating with the sales and inventory teams, and achieving sales targets are integral aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a preference for those with experience in retail or the sanitaryware/bath fittings industry. Proficiency in sales systems and order management processes, along with the ability to multitask and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, are essential. Fluency in the local language and English/Hindi is required. Preferred qualifications include experience in handling sanitaryware, hardware, or home improvement products, familiarity with billing software or ERP systems, and additional training in sales or customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
