Hippo Homes is a fast-growing home interiors and improvement brand, redefining how Indian homeowners design, upgrade, and personalize their living spaces. We are looking for high-energy, data-driven digital marketers to join our growth team and drive performance across online channels.


Role Overview

2 years of mandatory hands-on experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage high-performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate insights using Google Analytics, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau.
  • Lead SEO and SEM initiatives including keyword planning, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-converting landing pages, ad creatives, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CAC, LTV, Bounce Rate, and Conversion Rate.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and creatives to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Build weekly marketing dashboards and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership.


Key Requirements

  • MBA (Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Analytics specialization) –

    2022, 2023.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

    in managing digital marketing campaigns (internships, freelance projects, or full-time roles will be considered)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel/Sheets
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a strong advantage
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for performance marketing
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills
