Job Description

Job Role: Inbound Process Executive (ETLI IB Email and Chat)

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound queries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update the system accordingly.
  • Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
  • Fresher or candidates with at least 6 months of experience in any field are welcome.
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
  • Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary:

  • Rs. 15K - 16K in-hand per month.

Work Schedule:

  • Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Week Off: Sunday fixed off
