This team serves customers on 3 service platforms i.e. video banking, chats and voice calls. They handle queries pertaining to Liabilities, Assets, CCs and NRI Banking, see to it that potential escalations are diffused and an excellent customer experience is delivered on every customer interaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in handling HNI customers

Escalation management skills

Willingness to working in shifts and Sundays and BHs on a rotational basis

Customer centricity and Sales orientation

Qualification : Graduate + 6minimum experience
