Job Description

1. Revenue Sales Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Datacentre Services (AMC, Managed Services, Cloud, Co-location, Facility Management).
  • Deliver minimum 30

    % YoY growth

    in service revenue.
  • Maintain healthy

    pipeline coverage (3 target)

    and ensure timely deal closures.

2. Customer Acquisition Lead Generation

  • Identify and acquire new customers in targeted industry segments.
  • Generate qualified leads through market mapping, references, and existing accounts.
  • Conduct customer presentations, demos, and solution discussions.

3. Account Management Renewals

  • Maintain and grow revenue from existing accounts.
  • Ensure

    100% renewals

    of service contracts before expiry.
  • Cross-sell and upsell value-added services (monitoring, backup, DR, security, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers.

4. Proposal, Pricing Documentation

  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and service scopes.
  • Ensure pricing is aligned with approved margins and company guidelines.
  • Manage documentation for tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and vendor registrations.

5. Coordination With Internal Teams

  • Work closely with presales, operations, and finance for solutioning and order execution.
  • Ensure smooth handover of signed contracts to the delivery and support teams.
  • Track project/service delivery until commencement to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Market Intelligence Competitor Analysis

  • Track market trends, competitor pricing, and service offerings.
  • Provide inputs to management for new service development or price updates.

7. Customer Satisfaction Issue Resolution

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer escalations by coordinating with service teams.
  • Maintain a

    minimum CSAT score of X

    or equivalent customer feedback metric.

8. Reporting MIS

  • Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecast accuracy.
  • Maintain data accuracy in CRM or internal sales tracking tools.

9. Compliance Process Adherence

  • Follow company processes for proposals, approvals, documentation, and collections.
  • Ensure service agreements, SLAs, NDAs, and PO terms are reviewed and adhered to.
