Job Description

Maintain updated database of all

Directors personal properties

(residential, commercial, land, etc.).

Ensure proper utilization of assets (operational use, rental income, resale, redevelopment, etc.).

Prepare and manage all agreements, contracts, and ensure

timely renewals

Maximize
Return on Investment (ROI)
from property assets.
Ensure timely
rental collection, lease renewals, and tax compliance
.
Monitor and optimize
property-related expenses
(maintenance, utilities, staff).
Implement
cost-saving initiatives
for upkeep and facility management.

Ensure
property statutory compliances
are met at all times.
Timely payment of
property tax, insurance, utility bills, and society maintenance charges
.
Handle
legal contracts
for lease, rent, and sale agreements.
Manage compliance under
RERA, stamp duty, and registration laws
(if applicable).
Maintain updated documentation for
clear title deeds
and ownership records.

Oversee upkeep, repairs, and renovations for all properties.
Vendor management: security, housekeeping, facility services, AMC vendors.
