Hiring Now: SBI General Insurance Renewal Outbound Process

Location:

Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers for

    insurance policy renewals

    .
  • Provide accurate information regarding renewal process, policy terms, and benefits.
  • Maintain customer relationships through professional communication.
  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are met.
  • Update records and maintain call logs in CRM.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    • HSC Pass + Minimum 1 Year of Experience

    • Graduate + Minimum 1 Year of Experience

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Experience in Outbound Calling or Telecalling

    (preferred)

Salary Details:

  • HSC + 1 Year Experience:

    17,000 In-Hand | 22,000 CTC
  • Graduate + 1 Year Experience:

    18,000 In-Hand | 23,000 CTC

Performance-based incentives available.

Work Schedule:

  • Shift Timing:

    9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Working Days:

    6 Days a Week
  • Weekly Off:

    Sunday
