Hi Jobseeker,

International Seller Support & Customer Retention

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Min. 1 years Experience is Mandatory (Domestic & International )

Salary:- Upto 45k ctc

Working Condition :-

5 Working Days

Rotational Shift

Benefits:-

10,000/- Relocation benefits.

14 days of accommodation support.

Cab facility during odd hours

One side traveling tickets are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist international sellers via
calls, chat, and email
regarding account issues, order management, policy compliance, and performance metrics.
Ensure high levels of
seller satisfaction
, quick problem resolution, and proactive communication.
Identify pain points and provide solutions to enhance seller experience.
Work on
customer retention strategies
by understanding concerns, offering resolutions, and improving engagement
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and follow-up actions.

Required Skills:-

Graduation is mandatory.
Prior experience in
international customer support/seller support
is a plus.
Comfortable working in
night shifts
/ international business hours
