**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Customer Retention Executive in the real estate industry, your main responsibility will be to support customers post-booking of a flat. You will play a crucial role in guiding customers, maintaining communication, assisting with paperwork, and ensuring customer satisfaction until possession. **Key Responsibilities:** - Call and welcome customers after booking their flat - Assist customers with documentation such as agreement, allotment letter, etc. - Provide regular updates on construction progress and project status - Resolve customer issues by liaising with internal teams - Aid in the handover and possession process - Gather feedback from customers and promote referral offers **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 13 years of experience, preferably in the real estate sector Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule and a requirement to work in person at the Pune location.,
