Customer Retention Executive

As a Customer Support Executive for the Blended Process (Inbound) at our Gurgaon location, you will be responsible for client retention. You will be working in rotational shifts from the office with both sides cab facilities provided. The ideal candidate should be a graduate fresher with at least 6 months of experience in sales, upselling, and customer retention, possessing all related documents.
