Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and administer the CRM platform to support sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
Configure CRM workflows aligned with complex sales cycles, contract customers, and channel partners.
Track customer inquiries, leads, quotations, orders, deliveries, and after-sales interactions.
Maintain accurate customer master data, pricing records, contracts, and communication history.
Coordinate with sales, production planning, logistics, finance, and service teams for seamless customer management.
Generate CRM reports and dashboards for sales performance, demand trends, and customer retention.
Ensure CRM data accuracy, compliance, and standardization across teams.
Support CRM integration with ERP, order management, inventory, and billing systems.
Train and support users to improve CRM adoption and process adherence.
Assist in customer segmentation, key account tracking, and follow-up automation.
