Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and administer the CRM platform to support sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
  • Configure CRM workflows aligned with complex sales cycles, contract customers, and channel partners.
  • Track customer inquiries, leads, quotations, orders, deliveries, and after-sales interactions.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data, pricing records, contracts, and communication history.
  • Coordinate with sales, production planning, logistics, finance, and service teams for seamless customer management.
  • Generate CRM reports and dashboards for sales performance, demand trends, and customer retention.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, compliance, and standardization across teams.
  • Support CRM integration with ERP, order management, inventory, and billing systems.
  • Train and support users to improve CRM adoption and process adherence.
  • Assist in customer segmentation, key account tracking, and follow-up automation.
