Job Description

Customer Relationship Manager – Job Responsibilities

As the Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective communication and service. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Engagement & Retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions, both pre- and post-sales.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers for feedback, service reminders, and retention activities.
  • Build long-term relationships to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Lead & Enquiry Management
  • Manage and track all customer enquiries, test ride leads, and showroom walk-ins.
  • Ensure proper follow-up and timely closure of leads in coordination with the sales team.
  • Maintain an updated customer database in the CRM system.
  • Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution
  • Collect and document customer feedback regularly.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating unresolved issues to the concerned departments.
  • Monitor satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to improve overall customer experience.
  • Service Coordination
  • Coordinate with the service department for booking, delivery, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure periodic service reminders, extended warranty communication, and service camp promotions are effectively executed.
  • Event & Campaign Management
  • Support customer engagement programs, events, and campaigns to drive brand loyalty.
  • Participate in marketing activities, delivery ceremonies, and promotional initiatives.
  • Reporting & MIS
  • Prepare and share regular reports on customer feedback, complaint trends, and retention performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to management to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Compliance & Process Adherence
  • Ensure adherence to OEM guidelines and dealership standards for customer handling.
  • Follow internal processes, documentation, and reporting protocols diligently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
