Job Description

1. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, escalations, and service feedback. Understand client goals and align company services or solutions to meet their requirements. Maintain accurate client records and communication logs in CRM systems. --- 2. Video Presentations & Client Communication Conduct engaging video presentations to showcase products, campaigns, or performance reports. Deliver virtual demos and client briefings with a professional on-camera presence. Participate in brand or customer update videos representing the company’s voice. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for client-facing video content and testimonials. --- 3. Virtual & In-Person Client Interviews Conduct virtual or face-to-face interviews with clients to collect feedback, case studies, and testimonials. Use interviews to assess client satisfaction, identify challenges, and suggest improvements. Prepare structured interview questions and coordinate with video or marketing teams for documentation. Build personal rapport through empathetic, insightful interactions that strengthen loyalty. --- 4. Engagement & Retention Strategy Develop engagement programs that foster long-term customer relationships. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and behavior. Organize client appreciation sessions, webinars, or events to improve brand connection. Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement improvement plans. --- 5. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share client insights and suggestions with internal teams to improve services. Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients and ensure smooth transitions. Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and digital forums. --- 6. Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on client satisfaction, engagement, and performance. Track customer retention rates, feedback trends, and key relationship metrics. Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
