Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and enhance the entire
customer experience post-sales
, including documentation, payments, agreements, and possession.
Maintain and update customer records in the
CRM system
(e.g., Salesforce, custom ERP tools).
Coordinate between
Sales, Finance, Legal, and Projects
teams to ensure timely updates and accurate information flow.
Handle
customer queries, complaints, and escalations
promptly and professionally.
Oversee
payment collections
, reminders, and ensure adherence to financial schedules.
Ensure
timely issuance of allotment letters, agreements for sale, and possession documents
.
Plan and execute
customer engagement activities
to strengthen long-term relationships.
Generate and analyze CRM reports, track KPIs like TAT, customer satisfaction scores, and retention rates.
Support
handover and possession processes
, including walkthroughs and snag resolution.
Drive
process improvements
in customer service and operational efficiency.
