We're Hiring: Sr. Manager / DGM – CRM & Loyalty | Mumbai

What you’ll do:

CleverTap

personalized journeys

campaign calendars

repeat transactions

A/B tests

✔ Collaborate with Brand, Analytics, Tech & Creative teams

✔ Bring the Offline-to-Online (O2O) experience to life

✔ Own CRM budgets and track ROI


What we’re looking for:

🔸 8–10 years of experience in CRM, Loyalty, or Retention Marketing

🔸 MBA from a reputed institute

F&B / QSR / E-commerce / Retail

marketing automation & customer segmentation

🔸 Strong analytical skills and business acumen

🔸 Self-starter mindset with high ownership
