Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager located in Shahdol. The CRM Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, managing sales activities, segmenting markets, and overseeing CRM projects. The CRM Manager will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving customer loyalty through effective communication and strategic initiatives.
