Job Description

Key Skills-  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.  Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.  Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, developing new ways to meet customers’ needs  Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Knowledge of customer retention strategies and best practices. Key Responsibilities:  Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.  Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective communication.  Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.  Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer strategies and enhance service delivery.  Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client status, feedback, and trends to inform management decisions.  Customer Retention: Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty, implementing programs to enhance customer experience.
