Junior Executive – CRM


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the CRM team in managing customer interactions and resolving queries.
  • Support in documentation, agreement preparation, and records maintenance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, projects) for customer requirements.
  • Update and maintain customer databases in CRM systems/software.
  • Follow up with customers on payments, documents, and other requirements.
  • Assist in scheduling site visits, handovers, and client meetings.
  • Prepare customer reports and MIS for management review.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.

Key Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools/software is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role.

Qualifications:


  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA in Marketing/Customer Service preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in CRM/Customer Service (real estate background is a plus).
