Our client is an Indian multinational technology company based in Bengaluru. It provides information technology, consulting and business process services, and is one of India's Big Six IT services companies. Services include cloud computing, computer security, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, robotics, data analytics, and other technologies.
Design, develop, and implement custom modules, workflows, plugins, and automation within the CRM platform to meet business requirements.
Build and maintain integrations between the CRM and external systems (e.g., ERP, marketing tools, customer portals) using APIs or middleware.
Handle data import/export, cleansing, transformation, and migration tasks while ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
Identify and resolve issues within the CRM system, perform regular system maintenance, and support end-users with technical guidance and training.
Work closely with stakeholders (sales, marketing, customer service, IT) to understand business needs and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
