We are looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Executive to support and grow our customer base through excellent service and targeted sales efforts.

Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Executive,

 you will be the frontline ambassador for our platform. Your primary responsibility is to engage with customers via calls and messages, guide them on using the platform effectively for property postings, and assist in lead generation. You will also build lasting relationships to promote and sell subscription plans, advertising boosts, photoshoot services, and other offerings, contributing directly to our revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct outbound and inbound calls to customers, assisting them in navigating the app and online platform Guide customers through registering, posting property deals, and managing listings effectively Educate users about features such as subscription plans, promotional services (boosting, photoshoots), and referrals Actively work to increase mobile app downloads and achieve monthly property posting targets Address customer service issues including troubleshooting login problems, app navigation, and other queries promptly Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding, sustained usage, and conversion to paid plans Build and nurture strong customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication Document daily interactions and progress for performance tracking and reporting Collaborate with marketing teams to align customer engagement strategies

Skills and Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset Proven ability to build trust and relationships over phone and digital communication channels Discipline in follow-ups, time management, and target achievement Energetic, self-motivated, and quick learner with a positive attitude Comfortable using WhatsApp and CRM tools to communicate with customers Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or customer support in the PropTech or real estate domain is preferred but not mandatory
