JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their shipping needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipping solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze client activity to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on shipping statuses, new services, and market trends.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from clients to inform service improvements and innovations.
  • Prepare and present reports on client activities, satisfaction levels, and potential risks to management.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and service agreements with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client retention strategies.Top of Form

SKILL REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or in a similar role within the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
