Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Ludhiana. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, resolving customer complaints and issues, coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and collecting customer feedback. The role also involves preparing and presenting reports on customer satisfaction and developing strategies to improve customer relations.

• Proficiency in CRM software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Customer Relations, Communications, or related field
