Role Overview: You will be joining Befrsher Property Management as a Customer Relations Manager in Pune, where you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients in specific areas such as Wakad, Hinjewadi, Baner, Balewadi, Punawale, and Tathawade. Your primary role will involve understanding client needs, presenting suitable rental and resale property options, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for property owners and tenants, handling all communications professionally and efficiently. - Identify and propose rental and resale property options that align with client requirements. - Proactively manage the customer journey to enhance satisfaction levels and promote customer retention. - Analyze customer feedback to suggest and implement service enhancements. - Contribute to establishing company protocols and best practices for customer relations. - Collaborate with the management team to facilitate negotiations and successfully close deals. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property statuses. Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal abilities. - Demonstrated capability to work effectively in a team setting. - Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting purposes. - Proactive and resourceful mindset with quick thinking abilities. - Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, or business operations would be advantageous.,
