Customer Relations Manager

Skills:

• Co-ordinate with the clinical team and give suitable solutions for the customer;
• Advise customers regarding our services and convince them about our strengths;
• Planning customer relations management strategies designed to attract and retain customers while expanding the brands reach and boosting consumer loyalty;
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate;
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively;

• Top-quality analytical skills involve gathering and analyzing data to help you understand your customer base and coming up with suggestions for improving the existing strategy.
• Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities;
• Creating emails and other content as part of a wider marketing campaign;
• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products;
• Liaising with other Government departments as and when needed;
