Job Title: Customer Relations Manager Location: Naga TVS, Perumthuruthy Jn, Thiruvalla Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Two-Wheeler: Mandatory (with valid license) --- Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Manager to lead and optimize all customer engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for managing digital and outdoor enquiries, coordinating home test rides, and converting leads into successful bookings. The manager will also supervise a small team to ensure seamless communication, excellent service delivery, and a high conversion rate from enquiry to sale. --- Key Responsibilities: Handle and oversee all digital and outdoor customer leads. Supervise and support a dedicated team: Customer Care Executive (CCE): Manages incoming calls, enquiry follow-ups, and CRM updates. Test Ride Coordinator: Arranges and ensures quality execution of home test rides. Ensure timely and strategic follow-ups on all leads to improve booking potential. Track and evaluate the performance of home test rides and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into confirmed vehicle bookings. Maintain daily/weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, test rides, and conversion metrics. Identify local marketing and outreach opportunities to boost lead generation. Provide regular training and motivation to the CCE and test ride team to enhance performance. --- Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in customer relations, business development, or sales. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal abilities. Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Proficient in using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and CRM systems. --- Preferred Traits: Goal-oriented and proactive mindset. Empathetic and solution-focused in customer handling. Comfortable with local travel and on-ground customer engagement activities.
