Key Responsibilities:HR Functions: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviews. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs. Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws. Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management. Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment. Conduct performance appraisals and assist in employee retention strategies. Administrative Functions: Supervise office administration, including facilities management, security, and vendor coordination. Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records. Organize company events, meetings, and welfare programs. Monitor compliance with workplace safety and health regulations. Manage office supplies, travel arrangements, and logistics support.
