Job Description

  • Respond to international customers inquiries via Phone, Email, Whatsapp.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, orders, and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare Quotation as per customer enquiry and submit follow up till deal is won.
  • Monitor customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant departments and follow up until resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, purchase support) to ensure seamless service in timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process orders to Purchase team to start Procurement and make sure timeline of order fulfilment is met.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback, issues, and satisfaction levels for management review.
  • Help new customers understand products, services and ensure smooth onboarding.
