Respond to international customers inquiries via Phone, Email, Whatsapp. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty. Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, orders, and delivery timelines. Prepare Quotation as per customer enquiry and submit follow up till deal is won. Monitor customer feedback and share insights for service improvement. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant departments and follow up until resolution. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, purchase support) to ensure seamless service in timely manner. Resolve customer issues or concerns to ensure satisfaction. Process orders to Purchase team to start Procurement and make sure timeline of order fulfilment is met. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools. Prepare reports on customer feedback, issues, and satisfaction levels for management review. Help new customers understand products, services and ensure smooth onboarding.
