Customer Relations Manager

As a Property Sales Assistant in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in purchasing properties. You will be provided with data of prospective buyers and a list of matching properties. By understanding the buyers" requirements, you will be able to promptly display matching properties on your computer screen. Having excellent telephonic presentation skills is essential for this role. You will also be supported by Managers who will conduct site visits for the customers. Your coordination with the sales team at the Head Office will be crucial in closing deals successfully. In addition to sales tasks, you must possess strong administrative abilities to manage a team of 10 people effectively. A target-driven approach and a minimum of 3 years of experience in property sales are required for this position.
