Job Description

Position Title: Customer Relationship Manager
Reports To: Head – Sales & Marketing / Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving customer loyalty and retention. The role involves managing client accounts, addressing concerns, providing solutions, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities within client accounts.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues to prevent churn.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and feedback sessions with clients.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer interactions, feedback, and relationship progress.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or account management.
  • Prior experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., manufacturing, IT, FMCG] is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,314.36 - ₹20,556.75 per month
