Technical Support Executive

Intern – Technical Support (TPE / TPV / TP – Injection Molding | Polymer Trading)

We are a leading polymer trading company dealing in specialized thermoplastic materials including TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomers), TPV (Thermoplastic Vulcanizates), and TP (Thermoplastics). Our clients include manufacturers from automotive, electrical, footwear, appliances, medical, and consumer goods sectors using injection moulding as a key processing method.

Role Overview:

This internship provides hands-on exposure to technical product support, customer coordination, and injection moulding application for high-performance polymers. The intern will assist with customer trials, product evaluations, and technical documentation — working closely with sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support related to TPE, TPV, and TP materials used in injection moulding.
• Assist in product trials, mold evaluations, and report generation for customer projects.
• Prepare technical datasheets, material comparisons, and performance charts.
• Coordinate between sales and customers for material selection and troubleshooting.
• Analyze mold flow, shrinkage, flexibility, and bonding issues in injection-moulded parts.
• Assist in creating training material or product presentations for customers.
• Stay updated on new grades, processing parameters, and market trends in the segment.

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Final year or recently completed B.Tech / Diploma / M.Sc in Polymer Science, Plastics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of injection moulding machines, process settings, and mold design.
• Understanding of TPE/TPV/TP characteristics (e.g., hardness, elasticity, flow rate).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• MS Excel & PowerPoint proficiency is essential.
