Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, issues, and feedback.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Manage customer accounts, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience.
  • Handle escalations and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Ensure CRM software/database is updated with accurate customer records.
  • Support in customer onboarding and training when required.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software/tools (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with patience and professionalism.

Soft Skills

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good listening skills and empathy for customer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
