Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and feedback effectively. Qualifications: - Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English. - Prior experience in customer service is essential. - Knowledge of the dyes and chemical industry is preferred. - Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, online data acquisition, market research, email drafting, and CRM software knowledge is advantageous. - A Master's in Business Administration degree from a reputable institution is preferred. Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management.
