Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager, located in Ludhiana. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing client communications and queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. The role also includes handling client feedback, implementing strategic improvements based on customer insights, and supporting business growth through effective customer relationship management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• Experience in customer service, client management, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the fashion or garment manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
