Customer Quality Engineer

Job Title: Customer Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Serve as the primary interface for customer information exchange, coordinating communication between internal and external resources.

2.Lead the handling of customer complaints and promptly develop and implement interim containment measures.

3.Organize cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and drive the development and implementation of long-term corrective and preventive actions.

4.Evaluate and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of improvement measures, and summarize lessons learned.

5.Compile and submit 8D reports, while collecting and analyzing customer complaint data.

6.Determine the root causes of each batch of customer returns and drive internal improvement initiatives.

7.Regularly consolidate quality data from customer feedback and effectively translate customer requirements into internal action plans.

8.Based on periodic customer evaluations and feedback regarding our products and services, drive continuous internal improvement and foster closer strategic partnerships with customers.

9.Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in engineering, quality management, or related fields.

2.Excellent communication and coordination skills with a strong customer service mindset, capable of effectively integrating internal and external resources.

3.Familiarity with quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5Why, FMEA) and customer complaint handling processes, with the ability to independently lead root cause analysis and develop improvement actions.

4.Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for report writing, email communication, and meeting discussions.

5.Strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to drive problem-solving.

6.Experience in customer quality management within the automotive, new energy, or electronics manufacturing industries is preferred.
