Customer Quality Engineer

As a Customer Quality Engineer at Nuuk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest product quality and customer satisfaction. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for managing warranty claims, analyzing defect trends, improving product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Warranty Claim Management:** - Assess and make informed decisions on warranty claims, addressing technical issues efficiently for customer satisfaction. - Generate replacement orders promptly to maintain product availability and trust. - **Defect Trend Analysis & Improvement:** - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on top defects, validate root causes with suppliers, and implement corrective actions. - Continuously monitor defect trends post-correction to ensure sustained improvements. - **Repairability & Serviceability:** - Evaluate the repairability of defects, prepare detailed serviceability reports pre-market launch for cost-effective repairs. - Collaborate with different departments to understand customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience. - **Continuous Product Quality Improvement:** - Track and analyze product quality performance, propose and implement improvements to exceed quality standards. - **Data Preparation & Reporting:** - Prepare and present data on defect trends, corrective actions, and risk assessments to facilitate quality improvement strategies. **Qualifications Required:** - B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering. - Hands-on experience in Root Cause Analysis, Customer Quality, and Process Improvement. - Proficiency in SPC, Six Sigma, LEAN, Supplier Escalation, 8D, CAPA, Excel, etc. - Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and flexibility to travel as needed.
