Customer Experience Associate

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. This role involves handling customer queries, providing support based on agricultural knowledge, and managing basic computer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with farmers and customers via calls and messages to resolve agri-related queries.
• Work on Windows OS, Google Sheets, and Docs for day-to-day tasks.
• Communicate effectively in Hindi and Marathi (spoken and written).
• Understand basic agronomy concepts to guide customers.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
• Adhere to rotational shift schedules as per team requirement.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Degree or diploma in Agriculture or related domain (mandatory).
• Good communication and typing skills.
• Willingness to relocate or commute reliably to Baner, Pune – 411045.
