Role Overview: As a Customer Care Professional at Dorby, you will be responsible for introducing the laminate products to potential clients such as architects, carpenters, and contractors. Your duties will include making outbound calls, conducting product presentations, handling client coordination, and providing basic administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and meticulous attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to architects, carpenters, and prospective clients to showcase Dorby's product range. - Present new catalogues and product collections while understanding customer requirements. - Follow up on lead sheets from the sales team and ensure timely communication. - Convert potential leads into active clients and maintain accurate conversion records. - Address incoming inquiries confidently and explain product features effectively. - Maintain precise records of customer interactions and lead statuses. - Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks for the sales and marketing departments. - Ensure client satisfaction through professional and timely follow-ups. - Provide daily progress reports to support sales growth objectives. Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum 1-4 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or client coordination roles. - Fluency in Hindi (mandatory) and English; proficiency in other regional languages is advantageous. - Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and basic data management tools. - Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and confident telephone manner. - High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work effectively under pressure. - Candidates must reside in Vashi or nearby areas in Navi Mumbai; relocation will not be considered.
