You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through inbound voice calls in a professional and courteous manner. Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing resolutions as per company guidelines. You must ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and maintaining high-quality service standards. In case of escalations, you will handle them efficiently and follow up to ensure prompt issue resolution. It is crucial to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system. Meeting individual and team targets in terms of call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through inbound voice calls. - Address customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions. - Ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions. - Handle escalations and follow up for efficient issue resolution. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. - Meet individual and team targets for call handling and customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: - Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in International Voice Process or Customer Support role. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. - Typing speed of 30 WPM with 95% accuracy. - Ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment. - No more than a 3-month employment gap. - Previous experience in BPO, ex-comms, or international voice is preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer concerns effectively.,
