Position: Recruiter -Walkin Drive Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Experience: Minimum 1.5 Years in Recruitment Salary: ₹25000– ₹30,000 CTC --- About Us: Dorby is a prominent name in the laminates and plywood segment of the building materials industry, known for its strong sales and marketing network. We are looking for a hardcore recruiter who brings deep, hands-on expertise in Naukri.com to support bulk hiring, especially for sales roles across India. --- Job Role Overview: This role is 100% sourcing-focused, requiring a recruitment specialist who can independently drive bulk resume sourcing through Naukri.com, apply intelligent filtration techniques, and build a consistent pipeline of relevant candidates. The recruiter must be highly result-oriented and confident in navigating end-to-end sourcing for volume hiring. --- Key Responsibilities: Drive high-volume sourcing through Naukri.com using advanced search filters, keyword strategies, and resume evaluation. Build a relevant talent pool for various open sales positions pan India. Create and maintain an organized candidate database. Use creative sourcing methods to maximize outreach. Collaborate with internal teams to understand position requirements. Independently handle the entire sourcing cycle with speed and accuracy. --- Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1.5 years of solid recruitment experience (agency or in-house), with core strength in sourcing. Proven deep working knowledge of Naukri.com’s resume database and Boolean search strategies. Ability to pull out bulk relevant CVs. Good command of MS Office tools and ability to maintain clean records. Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work with minimal guidance. --- Preferred Candidate Profile: candidate with strong passion and skills in core sourcing. Known for being a sharp, fast, and efficient recruiter. Strong understanding of sales profiles and hiring for business-driven roles. Residing in or near Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
