Job Description

  • We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree and excellent communication skills
  • The role of the Customer Care Executive is to answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards
  • This includes keeping an eye on approved reports and keeping clients informed about their report status
  • The Customer Care Executive will also be responsible for following up on not approved reports and explaining Laboratory policy to patients and clients for the Customer Care departmen

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree
- Excellent communication skills

Skills:
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate
- Attention to detail in keeping track of approved reports
- Strong follow-up skills for not approved reports
- Ability to explain Laboratory policy to patients and clients

Experience:
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role
