Job Title:

We are looking for experienced Customer Care Executives for an International Voice Process. The role requires handling international customer interactions over voice calls while delivering excellent customer service and meeting quality standards.

Salary:- Upto 45k CTC + Unlimited Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international customers
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements
Meet performance, quality, and productivity targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice/customer support process
Graduation is mandatory
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs

Salary & Benefits:

Salary up to 45,000 CTC per month
Unlimited performance-based incentives
5 days working
Both-side cab facility
