Job Title: Inbound Voice Process (Night Shift) Job Location: Navi Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer service calls related to US healthcare services . Address customer queries professionally and empathetically. Meet quality and performance standards consistently. Work in a fast-paced, night shift environment with rotational shifts and weekly offs. Eligibility Criteria: Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate from any stream. Note: Candidates with technical or hotel management degrees are not eligible. Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior BPO experience with full documentation is an added advantage. Students (Full-Time): Not eligible. Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy (Test will be conducted). Voice Assessment (Svar Score): Minimum score of 55+ (Test will be conducted) Salary & Benefits: Annual CTC (For Freshers/Experienced Graduates): 3,10,000 LPA Night Shift Allowance: 0 to 3,000 per month (based on shifts) Transport: Night home drop facility available Week Offs: Any 2 rotational offs per week Other Details: Strong English communication skills required. Flexible to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment (mainly night shifts).
