Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Executive - Voice Process Location: HSR layout Process: Domestic Voice Process Experience: Freshers acceptable (0 - 1 years) Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Care Executive for a voice process. The primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolve queries, provide information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Inbound/Outbound Calling: Manage a high volume of incoming or outgoing customer calls in a timely and professional manner. Query Resolution: Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide accurate, effective solutions. Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to address customer concerns effectively. Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Quality & Targets: Adhere to defined quality standards, call scripts (where applicable), and strive to meet personal and team-based performance metrics (e.g., Average Handling Time, Customer Satisfaction Score). Customer Experience: Build sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile to ensure a positive service experience. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent from a recognized board/institution. Graduates are also welcome. Language Fluency: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is highly preferred. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is highly preferred. (Candidates fluent in Hindi + English + one regional language (Kannada or Telugu) will be prioritized) Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Customer-centric approach with high levels of patience and empathy. Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and web browsing. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Work Environment & Compensation Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including night shifts, based on business requirement). Candidates must be flexible and willing to work in any assigned shift. Working Days: 6 Days Working with 1 Rotational Week Off. Salary: INR 15,000 - INR 20,000 per month (Gross/Take-Home, depending on experience and interview performance).
