This role involves proactive outreach through B2C calling, effective communication of the app’s value, and guiding users through the download and onboarding journey. Key Responsibilities Outreach and Engagement Conduct outbound calls to potential users to introduce the app and its features Effectively communicate the app’s value proposition and handle user queries Build trust and maintain strong relationships with potential users App Promotion and Downloads Promote app download links and provide step-by-step instructions Monitor and report download conversion rates Implement strategies to boost user acquisition and app installs User Onboarding and Support Guide new users through the onboarding process Address user concerns to ensure a smooth and positive app experience Provide continuous support to increase retention and engagement Data Management and Reporting Maintain detailed records of user interactions and download activity Track KPIs and provide regular progress reports Analyze user behavior trends to improve outreach strategies Qualifications and Skills Proven communication and relationship-building abilities Strong sales mindset and a passion for customer engagement Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Self-motivated with a focus on results Show more Show less
