We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading BPO in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handle customer queries across voice, email, and chat processes, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat

• Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints efficiently

• Provide accurate information regarding products and services

• Deliver high-quality customer care and support

• Maintain customer records, call logs, and interaction details

• Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

• Ensure customer satisfaction and positive service experience

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Email, CRM, MS Office)

• Customer-friendly and professional attitude

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in BPO / Customer Support (added advantage)

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
